You can utilize your existing free shipping option to purchase Prime eligible items that are in stock.
For bundles or multiple product orders they will be consolidated into the fewest number of packages possible and may take longer to ship depending on product availability

If for whatever reason you’re not happy and would like to return or exchange a product you’ve purchased please contact us directly using the OceanOnlineStore contact form and we’ll advise you of the most efficient way to proceed.
Leaks – If you notice a leak from a lid, do not send the whole lid + bottle to us. Firstly, attach a photo to the OceanOnlineStore contact form if you can see the problem or just send the lid only and we will investigate the problem.
Insulation Problems – Bottles that seem to have lost their insulating properties can be tested at home prior to making a claim. Pour boiling water from a kettle directly into the stationary bottle, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise extreme caution pouring boiling water into the bottle to avoid burns. Do not hold the bottle while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the bottle. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the bottle just below the neck. If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement
Rattling Bottles – The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your bottle. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your bottle. If you cannot live with it (we don’t expect you to but some people don’t mind), we will exchange it for a new bottle.
Please make sure you have adhered to the washing instructions on the card that comes with the product. Microfibre towels are machine washable – on a cold wash, 30˚C / 86˚F and can be dried and ironed on a low heat, but they’ll look and feel good so much longer if you just hang them up to dry because they dry so quickly.
